Our team are set up to support your initial setup, onboarding, training and ongoing relationship to ensure you get maximum value from your Tacklit platform.

Tacklit prides ourselves on our ability to work closely with our partners. A common process for what a customer onboarding to our platform looks like is as follows:
Step 1
Customer Discovery

We hold a tailored workshop to introduce teams and create a detailed understanding of our customer’s workflows and needs. Through these conversations we will co-design specific parts of the platform implementation to ensure they are fit for purpose. This is not a technical exercise, but more a shared approach to creative problem solving. The outcome is we have common understanding of how to configure out tools to best meet your needs.

Step 2
Create and agree the implementation plan

Based on the outcomes from Customer Discovery we will lay out a detailed timeline for how we deliver and onboard your organisation. This plan will include;

  • Platform setup and configuration we help with your setup to save you time, and so you don’t start with a blank canvas.
  • User training and onboarding support a simple online modular training course is available to complete in bite size pieces in your own time. As well as on-hand support from the customer success team.
  • Client onboarding and on demand support we’ll work with you to onboard your clients and be on hand should your clients need us during this process.
  • Technical implementation and integration including migration of any data as required. We’ll help with getting your client information onto Tacklit.
Step 3
Ongoing Support

We offer support in numerous ways, to best support each customers' ways of working. This is all accessible quickly from our platform and includes;

  • Live chat
  • Email
  • Quick read help articles and How-to guides
  • Bespoke video walkthroughs
  • Call back service, to discuss anything in more detail Our customer success champions are on hand to work with you to answer any questions or queries you have as quickly as possible. We are also here for your wider team to connect for training and support, as well as supporting any technical needs for your clients. Our team’s goal is to ensure your operation is set up for success and running efficiently on Tacklit.
Step 4
Product Enhancements

Our customers drive our product roadmap. Our aim is to build what matters most to you. When a new operational need is identified for your organisation we work closely with you to understand the requirement and implement a plan. New features are released each week. We keep you updated about what’s new, improved and upcoming.
