What's changed in Tacklit Analytics?

Analytics has been rebuilt from the ground up. It now includes built-in dashboards for outcome measures, safety, financial performance and operations; a dashboard builder with tables, charts and KPIs; a table builder for row-level data you can filter and export; and a data agent that answers questions in plain language.
Is Legacy Analytics going away?

No. Nothing you use today goes away. Legacy Analytics is still there, and you can switch between New Analytics and Legacy at any time.
Do I need to set anything up?

No. The built-in dashboards are ready to go and run on your live data as soon as you open Analytics.
Which dashboards are included?

Seventeen built-in reports, including outcome measure trends, a workspace-wide outcome summary, a risk dashboard, assessment completion rates, revenue overview, aged receivables, session economics and Medicare/DVA claiming, plus operations and compliance reporting.
Can I build my own dashboards and share them?

Yes. The dashboard builder lets you add KPI cards, line, bar, area and pie charts and tables, choose the data source and grouping, and save the dashboard for your team.
Can I export data?

Yes. The table builder lets you choose what each row represents, add columns and filters, run the table and export it. Data agent charts can also be downloaded as CSV.
What is the data agent?

The data agent lets you ask a question about your data in plain language, such as “Show me referrals by month for the last year”. It looks over your data and comes back with a table or a chart.
