Automate Actions When an Action Plan Is Published

Automation Rules can now respond when a client's Action Plan is published, and a new action lets you move a client between stages of a group automatically.
What's New
• Plan published trigger: fires whenever an Action Plan is published for a client, including later revisions.
• Filter by Plan Variant (Care, Recovery, Risk Management, Self Management or Other) and by Plan Version to act on the first publish only.
• Move to Group Stage action: moves a client from one stage of a group to another.
Setting Up Move to Group Stage
• Choose the Group, From Stage and To Stage all on the Action step.
• From Stage can be set to Any stage, so the rule moves anyone in the group to the target stage regardless of where they are now.
