Engage Booking Config
Release date:
Practices now have more control over which appointment types appear in their Engage booking flows, managed from a single screen.
What's New
• Package-only booking: existing clients only see appointment types available through their assigned packages. New clients still see all available types.
• Engage booking rules: see all one-to-one appointment types together and turn each one on or off for Engage, instead of editing each type individually.
Where to Find It
Control Panel > Scheduling and Care > Engage Booking Config. Contact our support team to switch this on for your Engage flow.
