Assign Multiple Clinicians to a Single Client

You can now assign up to 5 clinicians to the same client record directly, without the need to set up a Group.

How It Works

• Navigate to a client record and assign additional clinicians from the care team

• Each assigned clinician gains access to the shared client record

• Ideal for multidisciplinary teams or co-treating arrangements

Good to Know

• This is available for practices with 2 or more clinicians

• Some features in the Client Portal and CareOS are being updated to fully support multiple assigned clinicians — further enhancements are on the way
