Accidental referral status changes are now easier to prevent. Superusers can set up an optional confirmation step for specific status changes, and add checklist items the team must acknowledge before the change goes through.

How It Works

• Choose which status changes (from and to) should show a confirmation popup.
• Add informational requirements or checklist items for staff to acknowledge.
• Every change and acknowledgement is recorded in the referral's change history.
