Release Note
Send Triage Forms to a Client's Key Contact
Release date:

Clinicians can now send onboarding and triage activities (forms and surveys, consent forms and psychometric assessments) to a client's key contact instead of the client. Ideal when a parent, carer or support person is best placed to complete them.
How It Works
• In the client profile, open Onboard or Triage, tick the activities, choose Send to key contact and select who should receive them.
• Send now or schedule for later, just like sending to the client.
• Each key contact gets their own private link by email that only shows the activities sent to them, with their own name in the header.
• Completed responses appear on the client's record with a Private badge and "Completed by" the key contact's name.
Good to Know
• Activities sent this way are private to the sending clinician. Practice admins and receptionists can still see everything.
• Only key contacts with an email address can be selected. Links expire after 14 days.
• Contact our support team to have this switched on for your account.
