Virtual Session Monitoring
A new optional menu item (available on Tacklit 360) for session monitoring at scale
Based on live and scheduled sessions you can view who is in session, who may not have arrived.
Send messages via SMS to host or participants directly from this screen.
Formalise process for 'Support' Alerts. Add notes that are saved, and have the ability for Superusers to join an active session to offer additional help.
Any alert note will sync with client’s profile as a profile note upon conclusion of the session.
