Activity Feed Enhancement

With this enhancement, the appointment history in Client Profile → Appointments will now correctly show the clinician’s name in the ‘Made By’ column. Previously, it always displayed the appointment owner’s name, which caused confusion.
We have patched a total of ~430k of existing records to reflect the new structure.
