You can now add notes directly to an appointment. These are internal notes, separate from case notes and never visible to clients. They are ideal for recording a cancellation reason or leaving a note for the team.

Where to Find It

• From the appointment popup, for example when opening an appointment in the calendar.
• Inline in the appointment history section of the client profile.

Good to Know

Anyone with access to the appointment can add a note.
