We have rebuilt the client Attachments folder. What was a long list of files is now a searchable, filterable card grid with real previews, your own labels, and a viewer that opens beside the list.

What's New

• Previews for every image and PDF, including files uploaded in the past.
• Search by file name, description or tag, filter by type, source and tag, and sort in the order you need.
• Richer cards showing file type, size, date added, who uploaded it and where it came from (for example a case note or form response).
• Edit details to rename a file, add a description and add your own tags. Tags already used by your practice are suggested as you type.
• A side-by-side viewer so you can look at a file without losing your place in the list.
• Shareable links that open a colleague straight to the same file.

Good to Know

This is switched on per account. Contact our support team if you would like it enabled for your practice. Download, email to client and delete work as before.
