Custom Label Support

Release date:

A new Custom Labels page allows users to edit the labels they want to use for key terms across the platform. When toggled on, the custom label will replace the default terminology throughout the Tacklit experience.



Supported Labels

• client / clients — e.g. change “client” to “patient”, “participant”, “consumer”, etc.
• practitioner / practitioners — e.g. change “practitioner” to “doctor”, “clinician”, “therapist”, etc.
• group / groups — e.g. change “group” to “class”, “session”, “workshop”, etc.

This feature is ideal for practices that use specific terminology aligned with their clinical framework or funding requirements.
