The delete button for broadcast SMS templates has been relocated from its previous prominent position into the dropdown menu. In its original position, clinicians were mistaking it for a “Clear message” button, leading to unintended template deletions.

What Changed

• Delete action is now tucked inside the dropdown menu alongside other template actions
• Reduces the risk of accidental template deletions
• Confirmation popup still appears before any deletion is processed
