Group Appointments in Client History

Practitioners and admins can now see a client's group appointments alongside their individual appointments in the Appointments tab. Previously, group sessions were invisible in client history. Now you get the full picture of care in one view.
What's New
• Group appointments appear chronologically with a blue "Group" tag
• Shows group name, facilitator(s), and attendance status (Attended / Did Not Attend / blank)
• Click any group entry to jump to the session detail
• New All / 1:1 / Group filter above the list (defaults to All)
• Attendance auto-reflects when marked on the group session
• Appointment status overview counts now include group appointments and update when you filter by type
Good to Know
This is read-only. Attendance marking still happens on the group session itself.
