A new boost setting now allows practices to enhance the visibility of specific psychologists in Engage booking.The ranking score is calculated based on the following criteria:

• Boost setting

• Clinician availability in the next 5 days

• Total working hours per week

The score is pre-processed hourly for optimal sorting performance. As the feature is still in the experimental phase, adjustments or updates to the formula may be made.Important Note: The new sorting by ranking score is not enabled by default. Enabling it will override the default sorting by next availability.
