Session Leads and Supporting Staff for Group Sessions

Group sessions can now have a designated Session Lead plus a list of supporting staff, and Tacklit protects the Lead so sessions are never silently left without a host.
What's New
• Set a Session Lead and add supporting staff when creating or editing a group session. Both show in the calendar and session details.
• If an admin tries to remove, deactivate or change the role of a clinician who leads future sessions, Tacklit lists the affected groups and asks for the Lead to be reassigned first.
• Group notification options are now labelled Lead only and Lead and staff.
