Report V2: Appointment Snapshot & Page Break

Release date:

Three improvements to Report V2: a new Appointment Snapshot widget, the ability to add (and remove) a page break while building a report, and updated button labels on the action bar.

Appointment Snapshot widget

A new widget you can drop into a column when building a report with a template, or insert into a blank report via the {{ menu. The first time the report is opened, it captures the client's past appointments (last two years) and upcoming appointments (next year). A tab toggle lets you choose whether the past or upcoming list is what readers see in the finalised PDF or shared link.

Add a page break while building

When building a report with a template, hover between rows to reveal an inline +, and add a page break without editing the template. Hover a page break you've added to reveal an × to remove it. Template-defined rows can't be deleted from the report builder.

Cleaner view & clearer labels

The inner cell border is removed from Preview, PDF, Finalised and Shared views for a cleaner, print-style look. The V2 action button is now labelled "Finalise" (was "Publish") and "Return to draft" (was "Unpublish"). The status pill and confirmation wording are unchanged.
