Letter Builder V2: A4 Paginated Editor

The Letter Builder V2 editor now renders content as real A4 pages, with automatic pagination and page numbering. What you see in the editor is exactly what will come out in the PDF.
What’s New
• Live A4 pagination — content flows across real A4 pages in the editor, with automatic page breaks as you type
• Page numbering — automatic “1 / 3” style page numbers in the footer
• PDF export matches the editor — what you see paginated on screen is what comes out in the PDF, including headers, footers, and page numbers
Good to Know
• V1 letters are untouched — V2 runs alongside V1, gated by a feature toggle per account
• All existing letter templates work in V2
• Publishing, sending (email/fax/HealthLink), and recipient management work the same way
