Release Note

Tacklit Mobile: Session Recording, Draft Autosave and Easier Sign-in

Release date:

A new version of Tacklit Mobile is now live on the App Store and Google Play (iOS 1.1.0, Android 0.1.4). Update the app as normal to get the changes. You can check your installed version in the app's Settings screen.

Telehealth

• Session recording from the app: if your practice has session recording turned on, clinicians hosting a call from the app now get a Record control in the call's top bar, the same as on the web.
• Mandatory recording: where recording is mandatory there is no control. A red Recording badge appears automatically instead.
• Clear notices for everyone: all participants see a message when recording starts or stops. Recordings save to the appointment, just like calls hosted on the web.

Case Notes

• Draft autosave: if the app locks or closes while you are writing a case note, your text is kept. Reopen the same client and template and it comes straight back.
• Drafts are stored encrypted on your device and never synced. They are cleared when you save or cancel the note, log out or switch workspace.

Sign-in and Settings

• Single sign-on organisations can now be set up without waiting for an app update.
• The region badge on the sign-in screen can be tapped to change region, even with the keyboard open.
• Admin or Practitioner mode is now remembered after the app closes, instead of switching back to Admin.

Good to Know

This update also fixes PIN pad taps not registering on some Samsung devices. If you had trouble entering your PIN on Android, update to version 0.1.4 from Google Play.
