We’ve introduced a new Email Editor to give you greater control over the automated email messages you send out.

This update helps you deliver consistent, professional, and engaging communications.
1. Centralised Email Templates
Access the new Email Templates section from your control panel (available to super users).
Manage all system-triggered emails — including appointments, invitations, requests, and forms.
Create and manage custom templates for even greater flexibility.
2. Template-Level Customisation
Edit subject lines with support for dynamic variables (e.g., client and practitioner details, appointment data).
Set sender names and reply-to addresses for each template.
Apply changes instantly — every time the template is triggered, the updated version is sent.
3. Responsive Design & Style Controls
Preview templates on desktop and mobile.
Full styling options including:
Background and canvas colours (with hex code support).
Borders and border-radius.
Font families and text colours.
Save global styles (e.g., logos, fonts) to ensure consistency across all templates, or override at template level.
4. Drag-and-Drop Block Builder
Build emails using familiar block components:
Text, images, buttons, quotes, spacers, and multi-column layouts.
Edit each block with alignment, headings, colours, and formatting controls.
Add personalised content with injected variables to tailor emails to each recipient.
5. Future Expansion – Campaigns
Today: perfect for automated system emails (like appointment confirmations).
Coming soon: integration with broadcast campaigns, enabling you to trigger brand new custom templates directly from Tacklit.

Getting Started
Navigate to Control Panel → Email Templates.
Choose a system template or create a new one.
