Release Note

New Automation Trigger: No Recent Appointment

Release date:

Clients who quietly stop booking are easy to miss. The new No Recent Appointment trigger in Task Automation lets you set a rule once and have Tacklit follow up for you, with a check-in email to the client or a task for your team.

How It Works

• Choose No Recent Appointment from the Trigger Event list, set the number of days (from 7 to 365, starting at 30), add any conditions, then choose the action.
• The rule checks once a night and picks up each client on the day they reach your chosen number of days.
• Clients who already have an upcoming appointment are left out.
• Only clients with an Active profile status are included.

Good to Know

• Switching the rule on does not reach clients who are already past the threshold. It starts from the day you turn it on.
• Each client is picked up once per gap. If they return and stop booking again, the rule can pick them up again.
• Group sessions do not count as appointments here. Add a Group Membership condition if you want to exclude group clients.
