Package Client Dollar Limits

You can now create packages based on dollar spend instead of session count, giving practices more flexibility in how they structure client packages.

Key Features

• Set a total budget for a client's package (e.g. $500 budget instead of "5 sessions")

• The system automatically tracks spending against the budget as appointments are booked

• Clients cannot book appointments that would exceed their remaining package budget

• Budget tracking is visible in the client booking portal

Partial Charges

• Manually adjust utilisation for scenarios like late cancellations (e.g. charge 50% for a cancellation within 24 hours)

• Provides flexibility for practices that need to handle partial charge scenarios
