We are excited to introduce Premium Forms, a new feature that allows clinicians to assign external documents, web links, and custom forms to their clients directly within Tacklit. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in sharing resources and collecting information. You can send links to externally hosted forms, Tacklit powered advanced forms or even PDF or MS Word attached files.

How It Works

• For Clinicians and Administrators: You can now configure a premium nd send links to external resources through the existing "Generate Survey" and "Set Forms" workflows.

• For Clients: When a Premium Form is assigned, it will appear as a new task in the client's profile. Because these forms are hosted externally, clients are provided with a "Mark as Completed" button to manually update their task status.

Coming soon you will also be able to trigger sending a premium form to staff, allowing you to securely collect, store and report on information from your team
