Safeguarding Alert Opens the Correct Workspace
Release date:
The safeguarding alert email link now includes an accountId query parameter so that clicking it opens the workspace the alert belongs to, not whichever workspace the recipient was last active in.
Why It Matters
This fixes the issue where clinicians on multi-workspace accounts could land in the wrong workspace and lose access to the alert.
Good to Know
Existing or old alert emails (without the parameter) continue to work unchanged.
