Release Note

Tacklit Mobile for iOS

Release date:

Tacklit Mobile is now live on the App Store — our first native iOS app and the mobile companion to the web clinician experience. It's built for practitioners to run their day from their phone: check the schedule, open client profiles, write case notes (with AI drafting from session audio), run telehealth video calls, and scan referral documents. It's designed to keep working through a full day of sessions, even with no connectivity.

Schedule & bookings

• Weekly calendar and upcoming appointments
• Admin practitioner filtering, practice-level schedule, and booking on behalf with client-assigned clinicians
• Appointment detail with status marking and processing

Clients

• Client roster and full profile: referrals, clinical assessments, surveys, notes and appointments
• Collapsible Clinical Assessments and Surveys sections

Telehealth video

• Video calls from your phone: waitroom admit / decline, AirPods or speaker toggle, and background blur
• Calls behave like native phone calls, with background audio and the screen staying awake during a call

Case notes + AI

• Create, edit, Sign to Complete, and link a note to an appointment
• AI-assisted drafting from session transcripts
• On-device audio recording and transcription — audio upload is strictly opt-in, nothing leaves the device automatically

Document capture, security & offline

• Scan referral documents, with an offline upload queue that flushes once you're back online
• App Lock with PIN and biometric (Face ID), with a short grace period
• Offline mode with a 24-hour grace period after token expiry, so you can run a full day with no connectivity
• Push notifications for appointment bookings

Good to know

Available to iOS practitioners on supported AU and UK tenants. Requires iOS 17 or later. The web clinician experience is unchanged — this release is purely additive.
