ProCare Fresh Minds and Tacklit to Discuss Mental Health Digital Transformation in eMHIC Webinar
Fresh Minds, Aotearoa New Zealand’s largest primary mental health service, undertook a major digital transformation to support scale, equity and consistency of care across a complex, multi-service model.
In this upcoming eMHIC webinar, Dr. Tania Wilson (ProCare Fresh Minds) and Chris Griffiths (Tacklit) will share how fragmented systems were replaced with a single integrated platform — improving referral efficiency, data quality, clinician experience and service visibility, while laying the foundations for future AI-enabled innovation. Introducing Tacklit’s Return On Investment Calculator for Mental Health Services
Humans are best placed to care for humans. The role of technology and AI in mental health is to amplify the impact of human-led care by increasing leverage and creating more time for people receiving care.
But a fair question remains: how much impact will better technology actually deliver? If the gains are marginal, the effort of change may not be justified. If they are material, the opportunity cost of standing still becomes significant.
That’s why we’ve launched the Tacklit ROI Calculator.

System Approaches for Mental Health Digital and AI Transformation
Across the mental health sector, leaders face increasing pressure to meet rising demand, with constrained resources. AI and digital promise genuine relief, but systems transformation can be risky.
Our latest white paper outlines three proven pathways to achieve digital transformation in a risk-aware fashion: replacing the system of record, introducing a the system of engagement, or starting with focused modules such as outcome measurement. Each delivers measurable impact while managing operational and organisational risk.

Importance of Trust in Mental Health Technology
Trust sits at the centre of mental health care. Without trust, there is no therapeutic alliance. As services increasingly rely on digital platforms and AI-enabled tools, that trust must extend beyond the clinical relationship to the technology itself.
Security, privacy, compliance and reliability are not optional in mental health technology. Leaders need confidence that systems protect sensitive information, uphold regulatory obligations and operate consistently at scale. More..

Customer News
We are pleased to welcome Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust as a Tacklit customer. Tacklit will digitise the Cheshire and Merseyside Children and Young People’s Complex Needs Escalation and Support Tool (CNEST), including the training, security and privacy framework required for its safe use. This will enable the Trust to securely scale this critical assessment across the region, supporting earlier identification of complex needs and improving access to high-quality care for children and young people.

We’re pleased to share that Swindon and Gloucestershire is the latest member of Mind UK's network to launch on Tacklit. S&G Minds supports thousands of people each year, but, as services expanded, fragmented systems limited visibility and efficiency. Tacklit now provides a single, secure platform for referrals, service delivery and outcomes, reducing administrative burden and strengthening oversight.
