Newsletter - November 2025

Each quarter, we highlight research, customer innovation, and other relevant information in pursuit of digitally enabled, people-centred, high quality mental health care.

Hello everyone,

Welcome to our last newsletter for 2025.

At Tacklit we build technology that streamlines mental health service delivery, so that clinicians can focus on care. In our quarterly newsletter, we highlight research, customer innovation, and other relevant information in pursuit of digitally enabled, people-centred, high quality care.

Customer Case Studies

We are very pleased to share our recently published case study on the successful digital transformation of Procare's Fresh Minds, New Zealand's largest primary mental health care organisation.

Tacklit is fully committed to supporting the digital transformation of the mental health sector in Aotearoa New Zealand.

We are proud of so many of our customer partnerships, but this one is particularly special. The Raise Foundation delivers a wonderful, evidence-backed national mentoring service to vulnerable youth in Australia. In partnership with Tacklit, they deployed leading-edge technology and AI to greatly increase access to their service, without compromising quality.

You can learn all about it in the case study we have just published.

Tacklit Updates

We are pleased to share that Tacklit was a finalist at the UK Shine Awards.

The Shine Awards acknowledge organisations which truly impact mental health and wellbeing in the UK. Tacklit was selected as finalist in the Tech for Mental Health Impact Award. Thank you to the selection panel. We enjoyed celebrating our collective impact with other finalists and supporters in Liverpool on October 9th.
