How it works
Making it straightforward to unlock the power of your data
The process is a Reverse ETL.
We push data from Tacklit out to your marketing tool. We don't pull data back in based on marketing activities / actions into Tacklit.
Main Sync's we support are Contacts, Events and Segments.
Contacts relate to Adding / Updating mapped profile data e.g. Name, Email, Address, Phone Number. **We don't support moving data from Case Notes or other Health Data into third party marketing tools. Events relate to activities done on platform. Appointment Booked, Form Completed, Psychometric Completed. **Note that any non compliance with an action e.g. not completing a form, will need to be calculated in the marketing tool automation build. Segments relate to groups and cohorts. E.g. all clients working with Practitioner {X}, all clients in Group {Y}
Connection and data mapping as part of the managed service.
We need developer access to your CRM / Marketing Tool. We work with you to set up the data fields / set up the mapping in your marketing tool. We may need to create new fields to map to. We do this in consultation with a customers marketing expert. We run some test data flows.
