Letters now have an AI companion that can draft, revise, and extend content using clinical context from the client’s record. Powered by Gemini 2.5 Flash via Vertex AI.

How It Works

• Open any letter and click the AI Companion button in the toolbar
• Describe what you want — e.g. “Write a discharge summary for this client” or “Draft a referral letter to their GP”
• The companion streams the draft directly into the editor in real-time
• To refine, type follow-up instructions — e.g. “Make it more concise” or “Add the attendance summary”

Clinical Context

• Referral data (status, dates, referrer, presenting issues, funder) and appointment data (attendance summary, recent and upcoming sessions) are automatically included
• Optionally attach additional context: clinical notes, assessments, forms, attachments, and CDF categories via context pickers
• Every clinical statement traces back to provided data — if something is missing, the AI inserts a placeholder rather than making it up
