How It Works

• Toggle between SMS and Email on the Broadcast Message form
• A confirmation prompt appears when switching channels with existing content
• Select from your custom email templates with a live iframe preview showing the resolved template including your practice logo
• Subject line auto-fills from the selected template and supports merge fields
