Task Management

Introducing a new Task Management module — a dedicated system for managing tasks within your practice. This feature is enabled per account on request.





Key Capabilities

• Create, assign, and track tasks against clients or groups
• Create tasks from a template or as a custom task
• Set priority levels, categories, due dates, and status tracking
• Assign tasks to clinicians or clients
• Link related tasks together for coordinated workflows
• Task summary dashboard for a quick overview of task counts by status
• Full task history with an audit trail of all changes
• Search, filter, and sort to manage workload efficiently





Task Settings (Control Panel)

• Categories — admins can configure task categories and subcategories to match their practice workflows
• Templates — reusable task blueprints so common tasks can be created in a few clicks with pre-filled details

This feature is gated behind a feature flag and will be enabled per account on request. Automation rules are not yet included and will follow in a future release.
