Broadcast Message Management

Enhanced broadcast messaging gives you more control over scheduled messages and better visibility into who’s receiving them.
Key Features
• Revert to Draft — revert a scheduled broadcast back to draft status via the Broadcast Detail drawer, with the original scheduled time preserved for easy re-scheduling
• Safety Guard — a 20-minute window prevents reverting broadcasts that are close to their scheduled send time, avoiding conflicts with the delivery process
• Recipient Details — the broadcast detail drawer now shows group names for group-based broadcasts, client names (up to 5, with “and N more” overflow) for client-targeted broadcasts, and “All Clients” for full-audience broadcasts
