We’ve reclassified the Medical History category from Profile Data to Health Data, so clinical information is now grouped where you’d expect to find it.

What Changed

• Medical History and Current Medications now appear under the Health Information section instead of Profile Data
• DoctorFlow session pages have been updated to fetch Medical History from the correct classification
• Default category creation now supports per-category classification, preventing duplicate categories across sections
