How It Works

• Compose a broadcast SMS and save it as a template for future use
• When composing a new broadcast, select a saved template to pre-fill the message

Templates and merge fields are available on the broadcast SMS compose screen. Saved templates can be managed directly from the same screen — select to use or delete templates you no longer need.
