Investigation Enhancements

We've made several improvements to how investigations work across the platform, making it easier to review and manage flagged documents.

Areas Updated

• Investigations > View Details

• Dr Flow > Investigations

Key Updates

• Investigation records now support previewing Attachment documents in both Dr Flow and the View Details modal

• A hyperlink has been added in Investigation Details to navigate directly to the related document in the client profile:

  • Letters, Reports, and Attachments redirect to the document in the client profile

  • Faxes and HealthLink documents redirect to Messages/Faxes or Messages/HealthLink pages if the current user is a Superuser

• Improved Investigation Status button behaviour for a smoother workflow

These changes make it faster to review, action, and resolve flagged investigations without switching between multiple views.
