Parchment Integration Enhancements

Enhancements have been made to the Team > Clinician > Medicare & Prescribing section to improve the Parchment integration workflow.

What's New

• Superusers can now update a clinician's Parchment User ID in the Prescribing section

• The Parchment User ID field will be disabled if the practice has not yet integrated Parchment via Control Panel > System Connections > Parchment

Why This Matters

Previously, updating Parchment credentials required manual coordination. This update allows Superusers to manage clinician Parchment IDs directly, reducing setup time and ensuring clinicians can start prescribing without delays.
