Release Note

Share a Group Case Note to Each Attendee's File

Release date:

Facilitators no longer need to copy a group case note into eight to twelve client files after every session. The group note can now be shared into each attendee's file in one step, and the group keeps track of every note that came from it.

How It Works

• Click Share to attendees in the group case note editor. Members marked as attended are pre-ticked for you.
• Untick anyone you do not want to include, and optionally add a private observation for an individual member.
• Each attendee gets a case note in their own file with the group note, plus their individual observation if you added one.
• A Shared to N chip on each group note shows which notes have gone out.

Keeping Notes in Sync

• Edits do not sync automatically. After editing the group note you will be prompted to re-share.
• Re-sharing only updates copies that are still unsigned. Signed notes are never overwritten.
• In a client's file, shared notes carry a Group note badge. To edit one separately, detach it from the group first.

Also New

• A Client notes tab on each group lists every individual note from that group in one place.
• Group sessions now appear in the appointment link dropdown on an individual case note.

Good to Know

Only the author of the group case note can share it. Shared copies do not re-trigger safeguarding alerts or task automations. Live for all accounts.
