Telehealth Configuration
Release date:
This new Telehealth Sessions Control panel, accessible to super users, allows you to customize various aspects of your telehealth setup. Here's a closer look at what you can do:
Provider Selection: Choose your default telehealth provider. You can leverage Tacklit's built-in solution or integrate with another existing provider that best suits your needs.
Staff Provider Overrides: Grant individual staff members the ability to use their preferred telehealth platform. This is particularly useful for contractors or staff with specific requirements.
Tacklit Outbound Dialer: Enable the Tacklit outbound dialer, allowing your staff to make calls directly through the platform for a more integrated experience.
Granular Group Telehealth Controls: Manage group telehealth sessions with enhanced features, including webinar tools. This is ideal for one-to-many consultations.
In-Platform Help Button: Activate a help button within telehealth sessions, available to hosts or all participants. This triggers an email alert to super users, enabling quick response to technical issues, safety concerns, or requests for assistance.
Session Recording: Enable session recording within the Tacklit telehealth solution. You can choose to make recording optional or mandatory, with clear notifications for participants.
Pre- and Post-Session Forms: Prompt participants to complete forms before and after telehealth sessions to collect relevant information. Contact our customer success team for assistance in configuring these forms.
Customisable Group Delivery: Tailor the group telehealth experience by utilizing different tools through the console.
Telehealth-Specific Instructions: Add appointment-specific instructions for telehealth participants, providing distinct information compared to face-to-face appointments.
Individual Group Level Provider Specification: Specify the desired provider at the individual group level, making the link available in the designated area and saving it.
