Update Client Email & Reset Password
Clinicians now have the ability to update a client's email address and trigger a password reset email directly from the Edit Client Profile screen in CareOS.
How It Works
Navigate to a client's profile and open Edit Client Information
Update the client's email address field as needed
Click the Reset Password button to send the client a password reset email
The client must have already logged in at least once for this feature to be available
Why This Matters
Previously, updating a client's email or triggering a password reset required support intervention. This enhancement gives clinicians direct control, reducing delays and improving the client experience.
