Mark Documents for Investigation

A new feature that allows clinicians to flag and track documents that require further investigation, all from within the client record.

What You Can Do

  • Mark documents for investigation across multiple document types: Reports, Letters, Attachments, HealthLink, and Faxes

  • View investigation details directly from the Client Detail page

  • Track investigation status and outcomes without leaving the client context

Good to Know

Investigation details are only visible if the document has already been marked for investigation. This keeps the interface clean while ensuring flagged items are easily accessible.
