Release Note

Workspace AI Settings & AI Personalisation

Release date:

Two new places to customise how AI works across Tacklit. Practices can set the behaviour at the workspace level, and clinicians can layer their own personal preferences on top — applied consistently across Case Notes, Letters, Matcher, and anywhere else AI appears.

Workspace AI Settings

Found in the Control Panel, available to Superusers.

• Set per-agent instructions that shape AI output for everyone in the workspace
• Lock your version so it's the only one used, or unlock to let individual practitioners customise
• The Referral Processor and Matcher always run from the workspace version

AI Personalisation

Available to every clinician in the Control Panel — no admin access needed.

• Save personal memories that follow you across every AI surface you use
• Capture your tone, recurring phrasing, and things to use or avoid
• Each clinician owns their own settings

Editor & Companion improvements

• Slash autocomplete now picks up skills as you type
• Inline ghost completion appears just ahead of your cursor — press Tab to accept, or keep typing to dismiss
• Template-driven case notes return each field already mapped to its option values
• Custom Layouts (sketch mode) now support rich-text blocks
• Notes thread the client's first and last name through the prompt where PII is allowed
• The Letter Creator's old 2,000-character prompt cap has been removed

Where to find it

Workspace AI Settings appears for Superusers, and AI Personalisation for all clinicians, on accounts with AI Companion enabled.
