ProCare Fresh Minds and Tacklit present on Digital and AI Transformation.
ProCare Fresh Minds is New Zealand Aotearoa's largest primary mental health service. It has recently concluded a comprehensive digital transformation with Tacklit. In this webinar, hosted by the eMental Health International Collaborative (eMHIC), GM Tania Wilson and Tacklit CEO Chris Griffiths explore what it takes to deliver digital and AI transformation at scale in mental health services.

Black Dog Institute and Tacklit partner to advance care for youth depression.
As workforce shortages continue to constrain mental health services globally, blended care models offer a path to expanding access while maintaining the therapeutic value of human connection.
The partnership centres around ClearlyMe, Black Dog Institute’s digital mental health program designed for young people experiencing depressive symptoms or psychological distress.
With Tacklit's support, Black Dog Institute is now evolving ClearlyMe to better understand how digital interventions can support clinician-led care within a blended model. Clinicians will be able to prescribe specific ClearlyMe activities aligned to an individual young person’s needs, review engagement data and incorporate progress discussions into therapy sessions. Lines for Life and Tacklit discuss AI in mental health crisis services at IASP panel.
The use of AI in mental health, is it good or bad? Lines for Life, a leading USA crisis service, and Tacklit discussed at the event hosted by the International Association for Suicide Prevention.
A balanced perspective emerged, including:
• Demand for mental health and crisis support continues to outpace capacity
• AI presents large opportunities to improve access and quality
• Material risks exist, particularly in unsupervised consumer-facing use cases
• By assessing both risks and rewards organisations can forge a path forward
• Governance, ethics and trusted vendors are fundamental

Tacklit selected as finalist in Technology for Social Impact Award.
The Australian Not-for-Profit Technology Awards, hosted by Infoxchange, celebrates organisations using technology to deliver positive social impact.
Tacklit was selected by the panel for its impact working with the Raise Foundation to deliver Raise Digital, a mentoring platform which greatly increases access to youth mental health early intervention across Australia.
