Not the clinicians. The clinicians were good. But everything around them was working against them. Finding the right practitioner took weeks. Intake was a paper form. Nobody could tell us how treatment was progressing, because the data lived in five different places. And the people running the service were spending more time fighting their software than helping their clients.
